Oswego (WSYR-TV) - A 24-year-old SUNY Oswego student that said she was sexually assaulted Monday night, has taken back her statement.
Julie Blissert, of SUNY Oswego Public Affairs says the woman is a previous victim of sexual assault and has emotional problems.
Blissert says no charges will be filed against the woman.
