William Ruggio, former Oswego Police Chief, pleaded guilty to 4 Class A Misdemeanor Counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree. Each count could be a $1000 fine ($4000) and a year (4) in prison. This was part of a Plea Agreement........

I saw him with his son the other day. I can't even begin to know what it must be like to be in high school, with all the cruelness from the other kids, and have that kind of attention on my dad. I say that at least he pleaded guilty, regardless of a plea agreement.

I know who his two older children are. Parents who decide to break laws like that, need to stop and think about their families. It was a selfish thing to do. And with being our former Police Chief......he then went on to buy 'stolen' vehicles? He can't say he didn't know it, because he would have had papers, to sign I was told?
