Who is the person who put up a sign on 481 coming into Oswego along the side of the road leaning up against the telephone pole? Selling something...can't read it. But looking at it from the rear view mirror it is a STATE ROAD CONSTRUCTION SIGN!!!!! This is not your personal property.
