FROM CHANNEL 9 NEWS...
Schroeppel (WSYR-TV) - 18-year-old Kevin Mantor of Phoenix was arrested by State Police yesterday on an aggravated or intentional harassment charge.
Mantor pleaded guilty to driving drunk last December, when the vehicle he was driving crashed, and his passenger, 16-year-old Joseph Bregg, was killed.
Mantor is currently serving three years probation as a youthful offender. He also had his driver’s license revoked, and was required to do 100 hours of community service.
State Police say Mantor was making threatening calls to his ex-girlfriend, and was arrested. He was brought to the Oswego County Correctional Facility, where he was later released on bail.
Any arrest is considered a violation of probation, so it is possible that charge could be pending as well.
Mantor will be back in Town of Schroeppel Court on October 25th.
*Let's see what kind of "slap on the wrist" he gets for this...he already got away with murder.*

This teen apparently doesn't take the law too seriously, huh? He could be a future threat to the public. According to the Post Standard, he made life threats on his ex-girlfriend. If this gets another slap on the wrist, he will not be detered for future offenses, expecting a light sentencing.

Slap on the wrist? Here it is. Driver in fatal crash ordered to stay away from woman www.syracuse.com/news/poststandard/oswego/index.ssf?/base/news-5/116185330347330.xml"Schroeppel Town Justice Richard Burton signed a blanket order of protection in court Wednesday night, barring Mantor from contact with his ex-girlfriend." Well, lets see how much a deterent that is. Reminds me a little of the Shortslef thing. I wonder if its the same judge.

An order of protection doesn't mean the PUNK won't bother her again.
What is it going to take before this boy gets what he deserves?
