This from the Post Standard:
Fulton common councilors have agreed to lease the upstairs of the city's waterworks building, at 962 S. First St.
Steven Cole, an employee at the city's waterworks, will rent the living space for $400 a month from Sept. 1, 2006, to Aug. 31, 2007. The city will pay for gas, electric and real property taxes. Cole must pay for water, sewer and garbage, according to the lease.
Now...that equals out to 4800 a year in rent and about 600 for water, sewer and trash. (That is at 150 every 3 months and that is stretching it cause a family of 4 with a washer and dishwasher and 4 showers + a day is paying about that...or less) Combined total of 5400. Does that seem right?
Will that even cover the taxes and National Grid for the year?
