Many supermarkets like Giant Eagle are now incorporating sounds into their stores as a way to entice buyers into purchasing more products. The new supermarket near my house has an automatic water mister to keep the produce fresh. Just before the mister goes on, the sound of distant thunder is heard and the smell of fresh rain wafts through the air.
When the milk cases are approached, one can hear cows mooing and sense the scent of fresh hay.
When one draws near the egg case, hens clucking and cackling may be noticed and and the air is filled with the pleasing aroma of bacon and eggs frying.
The veggie department features the smell of fresh buttered corn . . . > >
I don't buy toilet paper there any more.

LOL!!! The first time I heard that thunder, before the spraying, at the grocery store, it was a beautiful day and I remember thinking "Where the hell did that storm come from. I better go roll up my car windows." Yep, I felt like a dum-dum when I figured it out.
