Negotiators for Constellation Energy and workers at Nine Mile Point Units 1 and 2 have reached a tentative five-year labor agreement.
Dave Joslin, of Constellation Energy, said a tentative agreement was reached June 23.
A representative for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 97 could not be reached for comment.
