I believe the Project has insurance like most landlords they are required by law to have it. When someone had a fire there last year, I heard the insurance took care of it. Yes it does make you wonder were the parent was, but I know that in a matter of seconds kids can get into something that is dangerous. A lighter left carelessly on a chair or table is very enticing to a child. When you have small children, things need to be put away and even locked away. Even everyday safe things can bevome dangerous in the hands of kids.
