Oswego woman faces rape charge involving 16-year-old

Oswego, NY -- An Oswego woman was accused today of having sex with a 16-year-old boy, according to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office.

Jeanine M. Buske, 33, of 30 Hamilton Homes, was charged with two counts of third-degree rape, a felony, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, deputies said.
An investigation led deputies to believe Buske had sex with the boy multiple times in different locations in Oswego, a sheriff's office news release states. At least once, a 15-year-old boy watched, deputies said.
Buske was also accused of posing as a 16-year-old boy's mother to authorize a body piercing, the release states. She was charged with third-degree forgery, second-degree criminal impersonation and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
Buske was arraigned in Oswego City Court and jailed on bail of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond, the release stated. She returns to court June 19.
