If they don't like living near a Frat they shouldn't have bought a house near one. Frats have been around Oswego for years.

Cosemento "Cosemento, 1st Ward: Neighborhood Watch-there has been a lot of vandalism in the 1st Ward and also house breakins/robberies. Please report anything you see or hear to the police."
Why isn't the CRIME that was committed in the First Ward, almost a month ago, been in any of the local papers? The video of the First Ward Residents at their meeting on New10Now, last Monday night, 10-15-07-showed very angry faces on the residents. Then Connie comes on the tape and its la la land.
If the laws, codes, etc., were enforced, our city wouldn't have the many unsolved problems in the high numbers like we have.
Those who are in those positions to enforce them, DO IT. Gosek isn't here anymore, you don't have to worry about his dirty little gang either, so whats the problem? There won't be any retaliation from them, as they are powerless and will remain that way if you don't vote for the ones they support.

The residents of the first ward need to feel safe, they shouldn't have to worry about some punky DRUNK OR HIGH young adult making threats against them and their family pet.
